Products

Abrasives

A comprehensive range of Abrasives are available ex-stock including general purpose wheels for bench grinders and precision wheels for surface and cylindrical grinding, toolroom wheels including cup and dish type are also available in diamond or CBN. Coated products include handy rolls, water paper and spindle mounted flap wheels. We also have a full range of re-inforced cut-off and grinding discs at competitive prices.

Blading

Our blading department stocks a wide range of carbon and bi-metal band saw blades to suit all your production requirements in most materials such as solid, hollow or structural. Our factory trained staff produce the highest quality welds which are fully guaranteed. We also carry semi and fully automatic band saw machines up to 420mm capacity, and circular cut-off machines up to 100mm capacity.

CNC Machine Tools

Our range of CNC machines are the ideal answer to all your production problems. We hold a comprehensive range of CNC Machines including the latest Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers as well as CNC Slant bed lathes. For your tool room environment we offer CNC Flat bed teach lathes and CNC Milling machines. These machines are designed for small batch work and mould making.

Conventional Machine Tools

We have available a large range of machine tools including lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, horizontal and vertical band saw machines, radial arm drilling machines, cut-off machines as well as ironworkers and sheet metal working machines. All machines are pre-tested in our workshop before delivery.

Cutting Tools

We stock a full range of cutting tools in both HSS and solid carbide including drills, taps and milling cutters such as slot drills, end mills and rippers. Our range of indexable insert drills offers the perfect solution for production drilling. We also stock a complete range of toolholders and boring bars together with the latest technology in carbide inserts.

Hand Tools

We stock a comprehensive range of competitively priced Industrial Quality Hand Tools. TA hand tools carry a lifetime warranty against material defect and factory fault. We sell tools loose as well as standardised kits in toolboxes and tool trolleys. In addition to this we make up specialised kits for the technical training apprentices. Some of the trades would be Millwright, Electrical, Fitter and Turner, Diesel Mechanic and Instrumentation.

Specialised Tooling

Products of a more technical nature such as Newall digital readouts, Renishaw inspection and toolsetting probe systems, power chucks, profile projectors, vision systems and CNC rotary tables are grouped under this division.

Our team of factory trained technicians carry out all retrofits and repairs.

Toolroom Equipment

Such as piercing punches, dowel pins, ejector pins, shoulder bolts, drill bushes and die springs are available ex-stock for most of the popular sizes. Added to these items are a full range of machine tool accessories such as chucks, vices and toolholders enabling us to offer a complete package to our customers.

Welding

We offer a range of single and three phase welders for medium to heavy fabricating, DIY enthusiasts and light mill fabricating projects such as exhaust and plate welding; this range includes MMA Welding (stick), MIG and TIG. Single and three phase AC/DC welders for TIG applications with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum are also available. We stock Plasma Cutters together with a full range of safety equipment such as leather gloves, helmets, eye protection.
