New TARGET flat bed CNC lathe’s

We are TARGETing every machine shop with our New TARGET flat bed CNC lathe’s.

If you thought you could not afford a CNC lathe, then think again. We can offer you our new TARGET CNC 1 metre lathe with a 500mm swing over the bed and 320mm over the cross slide, 80mm bar capacity with a 250mm through hole manual 3 jaw self centering chuck, (hydraulic chuck is an option). A 6 position electric turret taking 25mm square tooling with positions for 2 boring bar holders enables you to produce most components, (4 position tool post is an option). The spindle is driven by a 7.5KW motor through a 2 speed gear box with speed ranges of 25-400rpm (low) and 400-1600rpm (high) with constant surface speed in both ranges, gear ranges are changed by using an M-code.

A manual tailstock with a quill diameter of 75mm and stroke of 120mm, (hydraulic quill is an option). Rapid feeds of 10 metre/min in Z axis driven by a 1.5KW servo motor and a 45mm dia ball screw and 8metre/min in X axis using a 1Kw servo motor with a 32mm ball screw giving you plenty of power. All bed ways are supersonic frequency hardened then precision ground for longer service life and precision movements.

TARGET CNC uses the GSK 980TDb cnc controller that adopts the ISO code of programming. Programs can be installed using the USB port. A remote manual pulse generator makes setting up so much easier. And the control has a simple graphics function for testing your program before actually cutting your component.
