Language Policy

Toolquip & Allied is a registered credit provider ( Reg No: NCRCP 3846 )in terms of the National Credit Act of 2005. The company has adopted the following language policy which has been approved by the National Credit Regulator.

All credit applications and account terms and conditions are available in either English or Afrikaans. Letters confirming the granting of any credit facility and the terms thereof will primarily be issued in English, and where requested in Afrikaans. Similarly quotations will primarily be in English, but where requested will be issued in Afrikaans.

Any default notice, available in either English or Afrikaans, complying with the requirements of section 129 of the National Credit Act, will be issued to any defaulters.

All marketing and advertising material is produced in the primary business language of English. This material will be available in Afrikaans on request.

All call centre and branch staff are able to communicate fluently in either English or Afrikaans with any customer.

The internet web site is primarily in English. Web based trading is outsourced to an independent third party and as such is limited to the use of English.
